Customer portal access is granted by invite only. We are rolling out access to small groups across the country.

Quick FAQs
Q: I am a Premier policyholder; when will I get a registration code?
A: We are rolling out the new customer portal to select groups across the country. Email invites will be sent to the primary accountholder contact with multiple reminders.
Q: How do I become a Premier policyholder?
A: Eligibility is based on state approved filings and current policy effective date. Once eligible, we will contact you and transition your policy to the new Premier product.
Q: I just want to pay my bill, where do I go?

Q: Having trouble logging in or have other questions?
A: The registration has two main steps.
1. First, you will create your profile. This includes setting your password and validating your email with a temporary code (NOT your unique account registration code).
2. Next, you will connect your profile with your Church Mutual account by entering your unique registration code. Your registration code is emailed to you before you start the registration process.
