Every day, in senior living communities across the country, residents are injured in falls. In fact, falls are is the most common cause of injury for people over age 65. Nearly every resident in every senior living community has some risk factors for falls. While it isn't realistic to think you can prevent all falls, you can reduce the risk through a fall management program. Such a program's goal is to protect residents from falls by understanding and addressing their individual risks. Use the resources below to help make sure your residents stay safe.
