NAMIC is a 120-year-old national organization of mutual insurance companies based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Celent Model Insurer Award
Church Mutual Insurance Company has been recognized by Celent for innovation and emerging technologies for its Sensor Technology Program. Celent is a global research and advisory firm for the financial services industry.
Celent's awards annually recognize the best practices of technology usage in different areas critical to success in insurance. More than 100 nominations were submitted by insurance companies and technology vendors for these awards.

For the fourth consecutive year and 13th time overall, Church Mutual Insurance Company in 2018 has been named to the Ward's 50 Top Performing Property and Casualty Insurers.

Center of Excellence
MERRILL, Wis. - Church Mutual Insurance Company's National Customer Service Center has been recertified for the ninth year as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal.
"I am very proud that we have been able to showcase our dedication to our customers with this recertification for the ninth consecutive year,” said Rich Poirier, Church Mutual's president and CEO. The 2017 recertification is based upon best-practice metrics drawn from objective and quantitative data audited and validated by BenchmarkPortal researchers.
Among Church Mutual's service center's performance indicators:
•Average speed of answer of 10 seconds, almost three times faster than the property casualty insurance industry average (33.65 seconds)

Church Mutual is among only 70 out of approximately 3,000 United States property and casualty insurers to hold an "A (Excellent)" rating with prestigious industry analyst A.M. Best Company for 50 years or more.
Church Mutual Insurance Company was named to the prestigious Wisconsin 75 list of top private companies for 2018 by Deloitte US in October.
The annual Wisconsin 75 ranking and recognition program showcases the economic contributions of the state's largest privately and closely held companies, which provide "a stable foundation during challenging times" and "an engine for growth and innovation," according to Deloitte.
Nominees for each year's Wisconsin 75 awards must be headquartered in Wisconsin, be privately or closely held and produce at least $50 million in annual sales. Winners were recognized by Deloitte and honored at a breakfast at Northwestern Mutual's new tower in downtown Milwaukee.
