Swim BandsEvaluation forms, guidelines and color-coded wristbands to ensure your swimming activities are fun, exciting and safe for all participants. Church Mutual's swimmer bands are available to our customers only in limited quantities at no cost. Should you need additional colored bands, you may consider personally purchasing from any reputable promotional item vendor at cost. If you would like to place an order for swimmer bands, please contact Church Mutual Customer Service at (800) 554-2642. Bands must be ordered in increments of 24, with a maximum of 120. Due to the weight of the material, we ship only in the United States. Please allow up to 2 weeks for customer allergy band orders to be shipped.
