Position Summary:

The Insurance Sales Representative shall sell, service, and retain contracts of insurance exclusively for Church Mutual. The territory will be a portion of southern Alabama, including the greater Montgomery and Mobile, Alabama, areas. Individual will work out of his/her home and must live in area to effectively service the territory. All activities, closed sales, and renewal results will be reported in a prescribed manner by the Representative to the Division Manager. Performance shall be measured against assigned sales objectives in all product lines and in business retention. Salary, commission, and sales incentives provided. Company car and expenses furnished.

Qualifications Required:

• Successful sales experience, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing
• Insurance background preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Computer literacy
• High energy level
• Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals--performance will be measured against assigned sales objectives and business retention
