Church Mutual Named ACSI National Corporate Partner

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Church Mutual Insurance Company has been named a National Corporate Partner by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

"ACSI has had a long-standing relationship with Church Mutual as a provider of property and casualty insurance," pointed out ACSI President Brian Simmons. "We have carefully chosen Church Mutual as our national partner because of the value and scope of services they bring to our member schools. It is essential that our schools have the proper property and casualty coverage in place. Church Mutual representatives can assist school leaders with protecting their schools and learning how to better manage their risks."

As a national partner, Church Mutual offers ACSI member schools a group discount in states that allow it as well as the possibility of a safety dividend.

"All it takes is one accident on school grounds without the proper coverage in place to literally put the school out of business," Simmons continued. "As an ACSI member, you can protect your school and potentially save money through our group dividend program."

"We are excited about our expanded relationship with ACSI," said Church Mutual Chief Executive Officer Mike Ravn. "We insure more than 3,000 schools--both independent and those associated with a church--and hope to expand in that segment of the religious market."

Church Mutual, now in its 116th year of operations and doing business in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, insures more than twice as many religious organizations than its nearest competitor.

ACSI is the world's largest association of Protestant schools. It represents more than 23,000 schools in 100 countries, with a total student population of approximately 3.9 million. ACSI has 3,400 U.S. member schools. Its mission is to enable Christian schools and educators to effectively prepare students for life.
