Position Summary:

Design, program, and maintain computer networks for the company. Integrate new voice and data networks with existing networks. Research and recommend network topologies and technologies, bandwidth and traffic management tools, and firewall and other network security tools.

Qualifications Required:

A four-year college degree is preferred. Experience working with or an in-depth knowledge of several of the following named technologies or tools is required.

• Cisco IOS
• Infrastructure cabling design and management
• Cisco VoIP technology and applications such as Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, and Cisco Contact Center
• TCP/IP, Ethernet, and MPLS
• Cisco Access Servers and Adaptive Security Appliance configuration and administration
• Cisco Virtual Private Network configuration and management
• Websense traffic monitoring and filtering software
• Designing, implementing, and administering enterprise networks using routing, subnetting, and VLANS
• Network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and intrusion prevention systems
• Project management methodology
