The foundation of a property and liability insurance program is a multi-peril policy. This combines property and general liability coverages in one contract. In most cases, professional liability coverages can be added to the multi-peril policy, and many senior living communities do purchase one or more of our professional liability coverages. In some cases, professional coverages are offered as separate policies.
